A first time visit to any beauty salon can be daunting for some. Maybe knowing what we look like will help reduce any anxiety (and we're a friendly bunch too!) So here's a brief introduction to each member of staff that you may meet when you come in for your treatment.
Rebecca
Rebecca is a part time Beauty Therapist and salon owner. Rebecca's dedication to her work & clients has given her the reputation required to start up her own salon. With beauty therapy experience of over 17 years she knows how to make you feel at ease & comfortable with any treatment. Nail extensions & manicures are her forte & for this she is highly recommended. She also manages the business.
Cara
Cara is a full time Beauty Therapist and manager at Serenity. She started with us as a part time Therapist and Receptionist whilst still at collage in April 2006. Cara trained and qualified at Canterbury Collage and then started full time in September 2007. Cara is an excellent Therapist and her favourite treatments are nails and tanning. She also runs the salon when Rebecca is absent.
Kelly
Lynne
Always a smiling face to welcome any guest into the salon. Lynne is very knowledgeable on all treatments and products used at Serenity and will always do her utmost to find you the right appointment at the right time. She has been with us for 3 years now and is a great asset to the team.
Emily
Emily is our weekend and evening receptionist and is a new addition to our front of house team. With her Beauty Therapy Level 2 back ground she is very knowledgeable on all the treatments we can offer you. She has a bubbly personality and always happy to welcome you into the salon.
Nicki
Nicki is a full time Beauty Therapist at Serenity. She started with us as a receptionist in 2007, but it didn't take long before we discovered how passionate she is about the industry. So we sent her to a local beauty academe in 2008 and she is now a fully qualified Therapist and much requested by clients for massage and facials. Nicki has a very caring and calm personality and will always make you feel at ease.
Kelsey
Kelsey is a new addition to the team having recently qualified at Canterbury collage in June 2010. She has a natural flare for nails and tanning and is proving to be very popular with Serenitys regular and new clients. Kelsey is very chatty and friendly and is happy to welcome you to the salon.
Alison
Alison is a new part time member to the team but she isn't new to the industry! She has 8 years experience in salons between taking a couple of years out to have her baby daughter. She is a Guinot skin care specialist and is passionate about the products. Facials are a must have with Alison to experience her healing hands!
